More importantly, they get it. Their supervision sessions offer impartial, outside, confidential support and invaluable perspectives, drawn from their extensive experience in pastoral/leadership ministry.
About Glenn and Judi
We’re a coffee-drinking, beach-loving, rugby-watching couple with three adult children and a growing squad of grandkids. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, we’ve recently finished 30 years of pastoral ministry - more recently 12 years as Senior Pastors in a central Auckland Baptist Church. We’re spirit-led and passionate about Jesus and His Kingdom.

Imagine it as taking a helicopter view of your situation: with a supervisor guiding you from above, you gain clarity, reflect on your circumstances, and receive tools to navigate forward.
With post-graduate supervision qualifications from Australia’s Morling College and 30 years in pastoral ministry, Glenn and Judi have the backing and experience to guide you. They are Baptist Union of New Zealand Approved Supervisors but also have unique qualifications which allow them to supervise all ranges of ministry and pastoral leaders.
Glenn and Judi also offer couple supervision – a new dimension of supervisory practice to help couples navigate the challenges of ministry life and its impact on their relationships.
